LOOK OF THE WEEK- APRIL 4TH, 2011
Rocking a fresh new bob at the ACM awards, Brooklyn Decker is wearing the Prippie Look of the Week. Sporting a blush-colored dress from the Victoria Beckham Collection, Brooklyn looks sleek and sexy without being overdone. The asymmetrical neckline and color gives the dress a fun and youthful twist. Brooklyn proves that less is more by taking a minimal approach to accessories. She completes her red carpet worthy look with classic black sling-backs.

LOOK OF THE WEEK- MARCH 21ST, 2011
This Look of the Week is brought to us by Naeem Khan from his spring/ summer 2011 show. Many of his designs can be described as “prippie,” with their sparkling, intricate detail, and chic but fun design. This look captures the minimalist trend in for spring, while still showing some life in the detail. The coral necklace is the perfect contrast to the nude and gold dress, and coral is going to be big this spring and summer. While this line has been classified by many as resort wear for the St. Tropez crowd, I can easily see this outfit going to a casual summer cocktail party, on vacation or not.

LOOK OF THE WEEK
Zoe Saldana hit a bash celebrating the designer Michael Kors, in Paris, France last week. Saldana wore an ensemble straight out of Michael Kor’s Fall 2011 line. This is a Prippie “Look of the Week” because I love her take on wearing pants in the evening. While most people wouldn’t be able to pull off a white satin body suit paired with black crepe jersey tapered pants, with crystal-embroidered details, Saldana owns the style and makes it seem like a classic look for a Parisian party.
Zoe accessorizes her look with Christian Louboutin white pumps and white gold earrings. She manages to look effortless but still appropriate for a Parisian fête. Ladies take note because pants are going to be a popular look for spring and summer party-wear.

LOOK OF THE WEEK
The Prippie™ Look of the Week is brought to us by Rachel Bilson. While out running errands in West Hollywood, Bilson wears a leopard-print top by C&C California, a pair of black skinny jeans and a pair of Ray-Bans (a Prippie™ Favorite!). I love the pop of animal print that brings together her black jeans and brown boots, showing that you don’t always have to pick one neutral over the other. Bilson carries a studded Burberry handbag in a satchel shape, which is going to be a big look for spring. This studded satchel adds a little more edge and personality to complete her look. Our Look of the Week shows that just because you’re on the go doesn’t mean you can’t be fashionable!
